The Florida Classic Greek Picnic is Classic Weekend's day party and block party in Downtown Orlando. The whole street shuts down: seven bars, one block, one crowd. Rattlers, Wildcats, Greeks, HBCU alumni and everybody who came to Orlando for the weekend, outside under the lights from 5 to 10.

Every November, Florida A&M University and Bethune-Cookman University bring the whole state to Orlando for the Florida Blue Florida Classic. It's the biggest football game between two HBCUs in the country, and Classic Weekend is way more than football: Battle of the Bands, tailgates, Greek events, and the day party that closes out Saturday night.

The Venue
Wall Street Plaza is a whole block of bars and patios in the heart of Downtown Orlando. On weekend nights the street gets closed off and the entire plaza becomes one open-air party. Thirty years in, it's still where Orlando goes to be outside.
